BUILDING CERTIFICATION & INSPECTIONS
The Certifier can provide building approvals and associated inspections on all project types. The majority of our approvals are domestic and include houses, additions/alterations, sheds, carports and pools. We also have extensive experience in issuing permits on large townhouse and apartment complexes and commercial projects. We undertake mandatory inspections associated with the approvals issued by The Certifier.

- Plans including site, floor & elevation drawings
- Engineers foundation and frame design & form 15
- Soil tests
- Title Plan and easement schedule if applicable
- Sewer and Stormwater main plan
- Covenant approval from Developer if applicable
- Building Envelope Plan if applicable
- QLeave receipt (for building work exceeding $150 000)
- QBCC Insurance Confirmation for work performed by a Builder and exceeding $3000 or
- QBCC Owner Builder Permit for work performed by an Owner and exceeding $11 000
