I had a highly disappointing experience with The Certifer. After entrusting them with our certification process, we spent two years in meetings, emails, phone calls and waiting for progress. Despite our patience and persistence, the Certifer after paying 1,000s in fees and additional consultant fees recommended by The Certifer. They ultimately canceled the job without providing a satisfactory explanation or offering an in-person meeting to discuss the issues.While they did refund the fees, this small gesture does not compensate for the two years of time and effort we invested. I cannot recommend The Certifer to anyone seeking reliable and professional certification services. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere.

After several requests I am still waiting for my Form 21. Non responsive and constant excuses. Demanded my landscaping be completed within 6 months - in writing. Not even sure they presented to site.

This business was very gracious, allowing it to be used as a drop off point for emergency food clothing etc for our flood victims in Lismore NSW, Australia 
and doing a delivery down to the effected areas once a week from here in QLD.I was able to pull up outside and 2 lovely young people came and helped unload my car of donations.So if you are seeking a home approval, building inspections etc please give these guys your business. I've been associated with The Certifier for many years ... initially as a contract inspector, and for the last three years as a customer for a firm building sheds, patios and outdoor structures.The Certifier team earned my respect during my time contracting for them in terms of everything important ... their integrity, helpfulness, industry knowledge and attention to detail ... whilst at the same time showing a genuine caring for their clients and what was important for them as customers.It was that respect and knowledge of who they are as a team that saw me going to no other for the hundreds if projects conducted since ... cannot recommend them highly enough.

We have found them to be extremely helpful. Our extension plans were put through council with no issue and their Certifier has helped me on site with small issues and answers to questions without any sign of complaint. As a builder, we rely on using a certifier that keeps up with the rules and regulations that are continually changing. We also like quick turn arounds on our Building Approvals and rely heavily on getting questions answered promptly. We find using “The Certifier” very professional and highly recommend them.

We have used The Certifier for more than a Decade and have always found them to be knowledgeable and always extremely helpful. Whenever an issue has arisen either during an approval process or the odd occasion on site, the team have always done their best to provide the most equitable solution for us and our clients. They have never cut corners. In fact they often perform educational seminars for the builders that use their services to ensure their builders are aware of best practice installation methods for different products used in building. We have used and trusted The Certifier team for a long time now and would totally recommend the team.

I had so much trouble with this place . Firstly i had a deck built by Covering Australia which was certified by this place , during the building of this deck i asked for some alterations done as i was not happy with it .All was ok till i asked for the Form 21 Final Inspection Certificate.The Certifier informed me this could not be completed until the plans have been Amended (Contract states Should have been amended during the construction )I asked them who should amend the plans they said" i should" (not the builder Covering Australia who had the deck drawn up) by liquid paper over the Engineered Plans and draw in the alterations myself , now remembering these are engineered plans. If thats not enough then pay $220 for the plans i amended myself by liquid papering them out, $180 for another final inspection and $150 for the Extension.I asked why the Builder or the Certifier could not amend the plans she said they are not qualified to do that .
